Get started

    Download on Mac

    Get the .dmg for your chip, open it, and move MagicPad Server to Applications.

  2. 02

    Allow Accessibility

    Open the menu-bar icon → enable Accessibility when prompted, then confirm in System Settings.

  3. 03

    Install on iPhone

    Get MagicPad from the App Store and allow Local Network access.

  4. 04

    Pair and go

    Select your Mac, enter the 4-digit code from the menu bar — start using the trackpad.

  • VPN off on both devices while pairing and using

After download

macOS blocked the app?
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and allow MagicPad Server, or right-click the app the first time and choose Open.
Cursor doesn’t move?
Enable Accessibility for MagicPad Server in System Settings, then use Refresh in the menu bar. Without it, your iPhone cannot move the cursor.
iPhone can’t find my Mac?
Same Wi‑Fi, VPN off, Server running in the menu bar, and Local Network allowed for MagicPad on iPhone.
Where is the Server?
It’s a menu-bar app (no Dock icon by default). Look near Control Center for the MagicPad Server icon and pair code.
